Carolyn G. Reitler Colonna Ambrose
Carolyn G. Reitler Colonna Ambrose, 87, of New Kensington died Tuesday in Bel Air Nursing Home, Lower Burrell.
She was born in Ford City on April 29, 1926, to the late Frank Colonna and Catherine Reitler Colonna Spence, and was a lifelong resident of the local area.
She worked as a rate clerk for the former Daily Express Trucking Co. in New Kensington for 20 years.
She was a member of United Family Ministries Church, Lower Burrell, and enjoyed scrapbooking, music, movies and was an avid reader.
She is survived by her sister, Jeanne (the Rev. Charles Gene) Miller of Lower Burrell; two nieces Judith (John) Phillips and Carol (James) Sweeney, and loving great-nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Paul Ambrose.

Reitler Colonna Ambrose, who died Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2013, will be received from 6 p.m. until time of service at 8 p.m. Friday at RUSIEWICZ OF LOWER BURRELL FUNERAL HOME, 3124 Leechburg Road.
