I think divorces are something very difficult to go through. I have never went through one, but I do know of people who have and it's really no picnic for either person. I also think that when you are going through that, that you do and say whatever you have to, to be right in court. I do believe it's "both" men and women who are like that and there are always two sides to every story. It's a very sad situation especially if there are children involved who have to pick between mommy and daddy because they are too busy throwing punches at each other to realize what they are doing to their children. As far as the courts go on being bias of women..I do think they tend to lean slightly towards women then the men, but that's not always the best answer either. I think that they should all be made to go through therapy before you can really get a divorce..more for the kids than anything. That is a tough subject and I hope the people you know who are going through this will be able to look at this one day as just an experience and be able to move on.
