Butler graduate Shelby Johnston dropped in 23 points and Kyleigh Custer added 14 as the BC3 women’s basketball team overcame a four-point halftime deficit en route to a 55-32 victory over CCAC-South.

Karen Larson added 10 points and Butler grad Cam Horwat added 10 rebounds for the Pioneers.

Butler graduate Vinnie Schmidt had 19 points and seven rebounds and Slippery Rock grad Kevin Rummel added 16 points, but the BC3 men’s basketball team fell to Penn Highlands 82-60.

Butler grad Bill Smith added seven rebounds and three assists for BC3 (3-18).
