Gualtieri

Patrick A. Gualtieri, 83, of Cranberry Township, formerly of Bakerstown and Sharpsburg, passed away on Aug. 2, 2022.

Born in Pittsburgh, on March 15, 1939, he was the son of the late Frank and Rose Panza Gualtieri. He was also preceded in death by his stepmother, Mary Gualtieri.

He was the beloved husband of the late Judith Lambert Gualtieri; loving father of Rose (Victor) Olive, Anita (Dennis) Carter, Patrick “PJ” (Tracy) Gualtieri and the late Donna (Gary) Roznowski; brother of the late Samuel Gualtieri; proud grandfather of Anthony (Joli Kmetz) DeRosa, Gary Roznowski Jr. (MacKenzee Martinez), Justin Roznowski, Daniel Carter (Jessica), Randy Carter, Tyler Gualtieri (Hannah Guy) and Lea Gualtieri (Shane Callahan); and the great-grandfather of Jaycik, Jaydon, Scarlett, Zachary and Ariella.

A U.S. Army veteran, Patrick was a longtime greenskeeper and golf course superintendent for Royal Ridge, The Moose, Venango Trails, Stone Crest and Fox Run golf courses.

He enjoyed running and jogging, hunting and fishing, and all Pittsburgh sports teams. Most of all, he was a loving father and grandfather.

GUALTIERI — Friends of Patrick A. Gualtieri, who died Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2022, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 7, 2022, at SCHELLHAAS FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 5864 Heckert Road, Bakerstown.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Paul A. Becker officiating.

Interment will follow in Bakerstown Cemetery.
