Edward Hollobaugh
Edward Gary Hollobaugh, 65, of Kittanning, passed away Tuesday Aug. 2, 2022, unexpectedly at his home.
He was born Dec. 24, 1956, in Covington, Ky., the son to the late Walter and Patricia (Finn) Hollobaugh.
Edward was a retired postal worker and a U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of the Sherrett Methodist Church and the American Legion.
He enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing, Yahtzee, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Edward is survived by his daughters, Chelsea Hollobaugh of Cowansville and Ashli Hollobaugh of East Brady; grandsons, Zayne Freeman and Lyle Johns; granddaughter, Lyncoln Hollobaugh; brother, Walter (Karen) Hollobaugh of Freeport; sisters, Mary Ann (William) Johns of Adrian, Terri Hollobaugh of Lyndora and Melissa (Joe) Lichanec of Worthington; brother, Tom (Joyce) Hollobaugh of Freeport; brother-in-law, Steve Kitzmiller of Kittanning; and uncle, Thomas Finn of Kittanning.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Judy Kitzmiller; and a nephew, Ronnie Johns.
HOLLOBAUGH — Friends of Edward Gary Hollobaugh, who died Tuesday Aug. 2, 2022, will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at SNYDER-CRISSMAN FUNERAL HOME in Cowansville.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home with additional visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of the service with Pastor Sue Foster officiating.
Interment is in the Sherrett Cemetery.
