State Rep. Valerie Gaydos, R-44th, introduced legislation Monday that would better support tactical EMS workers.

House Bill 1331 would allow tactical EMS providers to use emergency vehicle lights to deliver added safety to make it easier to rapidly respond to an incident in progress, according to a news release from Gaydos' office.

The legislation is with the House Transportation Committee for consideration, the news release said.
