PITTSBURGH — The American Red Cross is helping 11 people find shelter this morning after at least five neighboring row houses burned in Pittsburgh's Manchester neighborhood.

There have been no immediate reports of injuries, and some of the homes were vacant.

Officials said the fire was reported sometime after 3 a.m. today.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation. It appears the blaze began in a basement of one of the units.
