Susan Ireland Morgan, 68, of Adams Township, formerly of Wexford, passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, at her home with her family by her side.

Born in Washington, D.C., on March 28, 1954, she was the daughter of Betty Jean Swain and the late Paul Mills Ireland Jr.

Susan was a registered nurse at Allegheny General Hospital for 32 years.

She was a member of Ingomar United Methodist Church.

Surviving are her husband, John B. Morgan, whom she married on June 13, 1981; mother, Betty Jean Hall of San Antonio, Texas; two daughters, Allison Courtney and her husband Scott, of Wexford, and Melissa Irving and her husband Mark, of Edmond, Okla.; nine grandchildren, Landon, Isabella, Jacquelyn, Alora, Caden and Dylan Courtney and Andrew, Morgan and Alexander Irving; and a sister, Linda Ireland of Martinez, Calif.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Paul Mills Ireland III.

MORGAN — Friends of Susan Ireland Morgan, who died Tuesday, July 26, 2022, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at MCDONALD-AEBERLI FUNERAL HOME, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars.

A service for family and close friends will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Mark Stewart officiating.
