Linda Lee Croll, 75, of Slippery Rock, passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2022, at UPMC Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh.

She was born in Grove City to Leroy Snyder and Mandy Gravatt Snyder.

She graduated from Slippery Rock High School and later Slippery Rock State College and Slippery Rock University.

She married Jeffrey Lee Croll on Sept. 23, 1967.

She was a teacher for more than 37 years at the Slippery Area Rock School District, and education was always important to her.

She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother, who fiercely loved her family and took great joy in watching them grow. She enjoyed traveling, sewing, baking cookies and especially spending time with her husband, Jeff. Her walks and coffee with her friends were some things she always looked forward to. She constantly showed her love for those she cared about, and they continue to feel that love. She will be forever loved and missed.

Survivors include her husband, Jeff, at home; her son, Travis J. (Stacy Sickle) Croll of Slippery Rock; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey R. and Stephanie M. Croll.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Ernest and Regis.

CROLL — There will be no public services for Linda Lee Croll, who died Saturday, July 23, 2022.

Arrangements are being handled by SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 421 New Castle St., Slippery Rock.
