Seneca Valley hires food services director
Nolen Fetchko
The Seneca Valley School District has hired Nolen Fetchko as director of food services.
Nolen replaces Darlene Carmack, who will retire later this summer after 12 years in the position.
Fetchko, a Freeport native and son of a former Seneca Valley teacher, has more than a decade of experience in the food services industry, according to a news release.
Fetchko served as the director of food services for the Mt. Lebanon School District for the past five years, and was the regional assistant at The Nutrition Group before that.
He holds a master’s degree in food and nutrition from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and his bachelor’s degree in nutritional sciences from Pennsylvania State University.
