Small business recovery bill passes state Senate
A bill sponsored by State Sen. Scott Hutchinson, R-21st, was passed by the Senate to help small businesses recover from the COVID-19 shutdowns.
The bill was sent to the state House of Representatives as part of a Small Business Tax Reform package.
Hutchinson believes the passage of this bill would be a step forward in rebuilding the economy after the pandemic.
