Scott Jamison
Scott Jamison, 40, of Washington Township, Petrolia, passed away Monday at the emergency room of Butler Memorial Hospital following a sudden illness.
Born in Columbus, Ohio, on Nov. 7, 1971, he was son of James R. Jamison Jr. of Washington Township and the Rev. Sherry Tatman Cook, West Finley, Washington County.
He was a Protestant.
Scott was a 1989 graduate of Moniteau High School, attended Butler County Community College and graduated from Slippery Rock University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
He had worked for Perkins Restaurants in Butler, Clarion and Grove City. He was employed by Iron Mountain at Boyers for the past 12 years as an outbound coordinator of services.
Surviving are his wife, Rebecca “Becky” Moore Jamison, who he married Aug. 28, 2004; one daughter, Alexandra Raine “Alex” Jamison, a seventh grader at Moniteau; his mother, the Rev. Sherry Cook of West Finley; his father and his father's wife, James “Jim” Jamison and Nancy of Washington Township; his maternal grandmother, Hazel Tatman of West Finley; his parents-in-law, Orle and Mary Moore of Marienville, Forest County; his brothers, Jaison (Janice) Jamison of Petrolia and Matthew (Jennifer) Jamison of Parker; and his stepbrothers, Don (Lisa) Van Lieu of Parker and Mark Van Lieu of Emlenton. He also is survived by Jeff, Charles and Russ Cook; their father Deryk Cook; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one stepbrother, Robert Van Lieu.

St., Eau Claire, and from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday before the funeral. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home with Pastor Joe Olkowski of Zion Church, Karns City, officiating.
