Sentence court

The following defendants were sentenced July 14 by Judge Timothy McCune in Butler County Common Pleas Court.

Joseph Glenn Daye, 50, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 36 months to 84 months in state prison after pleading guilty to drug charges in five cases filed against him last year. In the lead case, he pleaded guilty to a felony charge of conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver filed by county detectives following an Oct. 19 incident. He pleaded guilty to a felony charge of possession with intent to deliver filed by county detectives following a Sept. 27 incident. He pleaded guilty a felony count of possession with intent to deliver filed by Butler Township police following an April 4 incident. He pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of possession filed by Butler City police following a Sept. 2 incident. He also pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed by Butler City police following an Oct. 15, 2020, incident.

Deborah Kay Riemenschneider, 61, of Butler, a co-defendant of Daye’s in the Oct. 19 case filed by county detectives, also was sentenced to serve 36 to 48 months in state prison after pleading guilty to a felony charge of conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Dhana Lynn Lefevre, 53, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 9 to 18 months in the county prison, but immediately was paroled to serve nine months of house arrest after pleading guilty to a felony count of aggravated assault filed by Butler City police after she stabbed her husband Phillip LeFevre in a Feb. 23, 2021, incident.

Ashley Layne Friedrich, 47, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance filed by Butler City police following a Sept. 8 incident.

Thomas Julio Cipolla Jr., 39, of Butler, was sentenced to pay a $500 fine after pleading guilty to a charge of retail theft filed by Butler Township police following a Dec. 24 incident.

Ian Michael Moore, 50, of Chicora, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation including 14 days of house arrest, pay fines totaling $1,200 and complete alcohol highway safety school, 25 hours of community service, a victim impact panel and litter pickup after pleading guilty to charges of driving under the influence, fleeing or attempting to elude police, and two charges of possession of drug paraphernalia in three cases filed by state police in February 2020 and September 2021. Other charges were dismissed.

John Wayne Webb, 53, of West Sunbury, was sentenced to serve 54 months of probation, pay a $1,500 fine and complete alcohol highway safety school, 25 hours of community service, a victim impact panel and litter pickup after pleading guilty to his second driving under the influence offense filed by state police following an April 12, 2021, incident. Other charges were dismissed.

William Valentine McCollums IV, 29, of New Castle, was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation after pleading guilty to two counts of simple assault filed by state police following an Oct. 2 incident.

Gabrielle Alex Interval, 29, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 12 moths of probation including three months of house arrest, pay $160 in restitution and complete 25 hours of community service after pleading guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia filed by county detectives following separate incidents in August and November 2021.

Kelly Christine McCluskey, 36, of Grove City, was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation and pay $27 in restitution after pleading guilty to a charge of retail theft filed by Butler Township police following a Jan. 4 incident.

John Henry Sheakley Fox, 30, of Butler, was fined $100 after pleading guilty to a charge of harassment filed by state police following a March 31, 2021, incident.

Tammy J. Jones, 50, of Swissvale, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation after pleading guilty to three charges of possession of a controlled substance filed by Butler City police following separate incidents in February, April and June 2021.

Zachary Louis Latour, 35, of Conneaut Lake, was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in the county prison, pay a $1,00 fine and complete 40 hours of community service, a victim impact panel and litter pickup after pleading guilty to a charge of DUI filed by state police following an Aug. 5, 2021, incident.
