Jamison makes final 4 on 'The Voice'
Chris Jamison of the North Hills is a top-four finalist on NBC’s “The Voice.”
Viewer votes and having two top 10 songs on iTunes contributed to his advancement into the last round of the show. That was announced Tuesday night.
Jamison grew up in Ross Township, Allegheny County, but his parents, Michelle and Bryan, are Butler natives.
Jamison has numerous family members — including aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents — living in Butler County.
Jamison has advanced through auditions and five weeks of live eliminations on the show.
This week he performed the Bruno Mars song “When I Was Your Man” and Maroon 5’s “Sugar.”
This coming Monday the final four singers will perform duets with their celebrity mentors. Jamison’s is Adam Levine, frontman of Maroon 5.
The show airs at 8 p.m. Monday and 9 p.m. Tuesday on NBC.
