Not a day goes by….

Not a day goes by…when we don’t think about you.

Not a day goes by…when we don’t want to ask you for advice.

Not a day goes by … when we don’t want to sit with you on the porch drinking coffee.

Not a day goes by... when we don’t miss your smile and the sound of your laugh.

Not a day goes by…when we don’t miss you making us laugh.

Not a day goes by ….where you haven’t taught us how time and memories are precious.

Not a day goes by…where you aren’t thought of in everything we do, for example, mowing the grass, going out on the boat, and family get togethers.

Not a day goes by…when we don’t recognize the signs, for example, random pennies that weren’t there before, butterflies or the red cardinal who landed in front of our truck just before we left for Kayla’s confirmation mass.

As if to say “I’m still with you” .

Not a day goes by…when we don’t wonder why?

Not a day goes by…where we don’t grow a little more.

Not a day goes by…. When we don’t realize it’s been a year.
