Marcia Ann (Barrett) Turk
Marcia Ann (Barrett) Turk, 68, of North Beaver Township passed away at her home on the morning of Feb. 22 with her husband by her side.
Marsha was born Nov. 21, 1949, in Steubenville, Ohio, and was the daughter of the late Ross and Nan Thorn Barrett.
Marsha met the love of her life when she went to pick up a friend for lunch and found Fred (Ted) Turk conducting business at the store. Fred and Marsha both knew it was love at first sight. They were married June 22, 1974, and had 43½ years of wedded bliss.
Marsha had been a travel consultant for AAA in Steubenville and at the AAA in Girard, Ohio
She and Ted attended Assembly of God Church in Pulaski, Pa.
Marsha enjoyed being married to Ted and being a wife and homemaker. They both enjoyed traveling and Marsha prided herself in creating family gift remembrances.
In addition to her best friend and husband, Ted, she leaves a sister, Mrs. Beverly (Charles) Norman of Columbiana, Ohio; and a brother, Mr. Robert (Mary Jane) Barrett of Steubenville, Ohio.
