Rihel

Linda M. Rihel, 61, of Slippery Rock, passed away July 13, 2022, at Allegheny General Hospital.

Linda was born Jan. 16, 1961, in Grove City. She was the daughter of Robert and Bernice Rihel.

Linda graduated from Slippery Rock High School. She recently retired from Slippery Rock University as a custodian.

Linda and her companion, Frank Agostino, had loved each other for the past 36 years. They treasured their time with each other.

Linda loved to be cooking a big meal for her family. She was happiest with a house full of her kids and grandkids. Her door was always open to anyone, and she made everyone feel welcome and loved. She filled the room with her laughter and always was the life of the party. Everyone will miss seeing Linda driving around in her golf cart, especially her mom, Bernie. Linda spent her free time outside in her gardens and flower beds —she had two green thumbs! She loved to enjoy a warm afternoon in the sun.

Loved ones left to cherish Linda’s memory are her mother, Bernice Rihel of Slippery Rock; her companion, Frank Agostino of Boyers; her children, Tiffany Agostino of Boyers, and Jeremy Montgomery of Grove City; her grandchildren, Jayden and Zander Sandidge, and Gracie and Callie Montgomery; and her brother, Robert Rihel and his wife, Linda, of Colorado.

Linda was preceded in death by her father, Robert Rihel; and her brother, Terry Rihel.

RIHEL — The family of Linda M. Rihel, who died Wednesday, July 13, 2022, will welcome friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 15, 2022, at JAMISON-MCKINLEY FUNERAL HOME, 117 N. Main St., Harrisville.

Funeral services will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with one hour of visitation prior to the funeral service.

Burial will take place at Prairie Cemetery in Harrisville.
