BUFFALO TWP — Mike Norris took the lead off a restart on lap 8 and maintained it the rest of the way to win the Late Model feature Friday night at Lernerville Speedway.

Tyler Dietz drew close to Norris in the final couple of laps, but had to settle for second. Jared Miley claimed third place.

Rex King Jr. started up front with Shawn Fleeger in the Modified feature and went on to dominate the 25-lap caution-free feature. The win was King’s 30th at Lernerville in his career, but he said “this is the longest I’ve gone without a win, locally, so we’re happy to get this one.”

With the 410 Sprint cars taking the night off following Wednesday’s Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup event, the Allegheny Sprint Tour 305 Sprint cars took to the Sarver oval Friday. Justin Clark won the 20-lap feature, his fifth consecutive 305 Sprint victory.

Dietz led all 20 laps to snare the Pro Stock feature, his fourth win of the season at Lernerville. Brett McDonald finished second and Chris Schneider third.
