Jason Daniel Kerchner
Jason Daniel Kerchner, 28, of Mars died suddenly at the home of a friend on Saturday morning.
He was born in Pittsburgh on Sept. 4, 1983, to his devoted parents, Tammy L. Brockett Kerchner and John Douglass (Doug) Kerchner (Kathy) of Mars.
Jason was employed by the Mars Beer Distributor. He was an avid music lover, car enthusiast and talented artist. His most enjoyable times were spent with family and friends.
Surviving are his beloved sister, Melonie Kerchner (Mike Viscuso) and his nieces, Myah Hrinko and McKennah Viscuso of Conway; his adoring grandmother, Jane Kerchner of Mars; his uncles and aunts, David Kerchner of Mars, Richard Kerchner in Florida, Sandra and Gary Sandler of North Carolina, Joyce Brockett of Butler, Melissa Walter of Georgia, Holly and Charles Klink of Georgia, Regina and Darin Schindler of Mars and Jennifer and Dave Smolensky of Mars. Having been blessed with a large family, he leaves dozens of cousins.
He was preceded in death by his beloved grandfather, Joseph Kerchner; his grandparents, Rosella and Ashley Henry Brockett; his aunt, Judith Gaetano; and his uncle, Ashley Henry Brockett and Aunt Susan Lanzino.
<B>KERCHNER</B> — Friends of Jason Daniel Kerchner, who died Saturday, March 24, 2012, will be received at the <B>McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home</B>, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Services will be in the Mars Alliance Church, Route 228, Mars, at 11 a.m. Friday with the Rev. Dr. Richard Morledge, officiating. Please meet at the church.
