Rebecca Elizabeth “Becky” (Zock) Daugherty Parish

Rebecca Elizabeth “Becky” (Zock) Daugherty Parish, 72, of Cranberry Township passed away on Thursday at Cranberry Place.

Born Aug. 9, 1943, in Warren, she was the daughter of the late Paul E. and Bertha (Lindgren) Zock Bernard.

Becky enjoyed cooking, baking, canning food, camping and boating.

Above all, she was a loving mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.

She is survived by her five children, Paul Daugherty and his wife, Tammy, of Monaca, Kimberly Squires and her husband, Larry, of Georgetown, Michael Daugherty of Butler, Virginia “Ginny” Haber and her husband, Joseph, of Hopewell and Scott Parish, and his wife, Georgia, of Slippery Rock; her sister, Linda Lester of North Carolina; her niece, Denise Machuga and her husband, Joe, of North Carolina; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Becky was preceded in death by her first husband, Wayne Daugherty; a brother, Paul Edward Zock; and a sister, Sandra.

Becky's family would like to extend a special thanks to Cranberry Place and Celtic Hospice for their compassionate care, and to the Rev. Daniel Chaffin and his wife, Joanne, for their help and guidance.

PARISH — Cremation arrangements for Rebecca Elizabeth “Becky” (Zock) Daugherty Parish, who died Thursday, Dec. 10, 2015, were entrusted to the Boylan-Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home in Cranberry Township.Becky's family suggests that memorial contributions be made in her honor in support of The Breast Cancer Research Foundation, 60 E. 56th St., 8th floor, New York, NY 10022 or the American Parkinson Disease Association, 420 E.
