Marilyn L. “Mar” Hilderbrand

Marilyn L. “Mar” Hilderbrand, 94, of Fenelton passed away Thursday in Sunnyview Rehabilitation Center in Butler.

Born in Philadelphia, July 24, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Earl Melville Miller and the late Helen Torbert Miller.

She was a member of St. John Evangelical Roman Catholic Church in Coylesville.

As an avid sports fan, she enjoyed the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Pittsburgh Pirates and loved her family and was very loyal in attending her grandsons' sporting activities.

She was a member of the Chicora Senior Center.

She married James Hilderbrand Sept. 19, 1944. He died Jan. 30, 2005.

She is survived by a daughter, Diane and Michael Dudash of Hollywood, Fla.; a son, David and Shirley Hilderbrand of Fenelton; her grandchildren, David and Shannon Hilderbrand, Brian Hilderbrand, Natali Mueller, Doug Ray, Brad and Katie Ray; and her great-grandchildren, Lauren, Ashley, Harrison, Noah, Jared, Will, Ainsley and Zoey.

HILDERBRAND — Friends of Marilyn L. “Mar” Hilderbrand, who died Thursday, Jan. 11, 2018, will be received from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday at STEIGHNER FUNERAL HOME, 111 E.
