In loving memory of Glenn “Goldie” Oesterling

Born July 18, 1930 went home July 11, 2000

Dearest Glenn,

I can’t believe it’s been 12 years since God called you home.

If you were here we would have celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary.

I’m so thankful we had 49 together.

If you were here you would have a heavy heart, by conditions going on in the world.

Jesus said, “Good things you do for the least of my people, you do for Me.”

No one could imagine how much you did for others.

I know God has a special place for you.

I’m so grateful that Glenny and you are together.

Most of our families are there too.

Disrespect for the Lord, and greed are trying to take over the world.

We were raised during the great depression and World War II.

We knew how to live without, sometimes necessities.

We had faith in God and love of family, and respect for others.

When things got better we appreciated everything we didn’t have.

Pray for us that people will go to God and things will get better.

Please know that you, Glenny and families are very much loved and greatly missed.

You are not gone, only away.
