Indiana, Pa., man killed in motorcycle crash
Anthony Stasko, 58, of Indiana, Pa., was killed while riding his motorcycle Sunday afternoon with his wife, Kim, who was LifeFlighted from the scene with unknown injuries, according to the Armstrong County Coroner’s Office.
At around 1:10 p.m. Stasko was riding his motorcycle west on Route 56 in Kiski Township, Armstrong County, when a 2011 Honda CRV driven by Michael A. Flynn, 31 of Pittsburgh, came across Balsinger Road and collided with the motorcycle. The motorcycle left the roadway and Stasko and his wife were thrown from the bike.
Both Stasko and his wife were wearing helmets at the time of the crash. Stasko was pronounced dead at the scene by Armstrong County Coroner Brian Myers.
The cause of the crash is under investigation by Kiski Township Police and the Armstrong County Coroner’s Office.
