Alice Gwin Gregory Rosile, 87, of Grove City died Thursday afternoon at the Orchard Manor Nursing Home.

She was born April 27, 1928, in New Galilee, a daughter of Charles Dale and Margaret Dice Gwin.

Alice retired after 27 years from WHOT Radio.

She was always an active member of the Presbyterian Church in her community, where she served as a deacon, children's Sunday school superintendent, and was active in women's ministries.

Her husband, Philip J. Rosile, who she married Oct. 21, 1991, died Dec. 9, 2006.

She leaves behind one son, John (Linda) Gregory of Walbridge, Ohio; two daughters, Jonette (Eugene) Isacco of Boyers and Joyce (Paul) Krauchuk of Slippery Rock; one stepdaughter, Margaret Warnock of Seabrook, Texas; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Alice was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two brothers, James Gwin and Lyle Gwin; and one sister, Altha Reed.
