Drenda Gostkowski
Drenda M. Gostkowski, 72, of Cabot, passed away Thursday at Magee Women’s Hospital of UPMC.
Born Sept. 20, 1944, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of Walter Gostkowski and Elizabeth Osche Gostkowski.
Drenda worked as a teacher for Pittsburgh Public Schools. She was a member of Saxonburg Historical and Restoration Commission and South Butler Community Library. She can be remembered for her incredible work on the Massey Harbison historical research project. She also enjoyed attending performances at Butler Little Theatre with her friends.
Surviving are her brother, Terrance Gostkowski, of Connoquenessing; two sisters, Vicki (David) MacDonald, of Renfrew, and Gloria (Nathan) Bennett, of Pittsburgh; and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
GOSTKOWSKI — There will be no visitation or services for Drenda M. Gostkowski, who died Thursday, Dec. 29, 2016. Interment will be at St. Mary Cemetery, Herman.
