Margaret J. “Peggy” Douglass, 76, of Parker, formerly of West Sunbury, passed away at 9:28 p.m. Sunday at the Golden Living Center in Shippenville.

Peggy was born May 4, 1939, in Lucinda, Clarion County. She was a homemaker and attended the Fellowship Baptist Church in Emlenton.

Peggy is survived by one daughter, Ruth (John) Bosancic of West Sunbury; one son, David E. (Theresa) Shirey of West Sunbury; and a number of grandchildren.

Also surviving are one stepdaughter, Betty (Charles) Shaffer of Parker; and three stepsons, William (Erlene) Douglass of Tennessee, David (Bonnie) Douglass and Duene (Donna) Douglass, both of Parker.

Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Douglass.
