INDIANAPOLIS — Penn Township resident Camryn Forbes shattered a 10-year old record in the 100 backstroke at the YMCA National Long Course Championship last season. Forbes made sure that record didn't stand for long Wednesday night.Forbes finished the event in 1 minute, 2.54 seconds breaking her record of 1:02.68 from last season.
