Richard D. Warner
Richard D. Warner, 65, of Slippery Rock died early Friday morning at the Oakland VA Hospital in Pittsburgh.
Richard was born April 19, 1953, in Spokane, Wash., and was the son of Donald and Arletta Westby Warner.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served for 20 years. He also was a truck driver.
Survivors include his wife, Heidi Savage Warner, whom he married June 19, 1989; one son, Zachary (Alyssa) Warner of Portersville; two daughters, Tara Warner of Michigan, and Krista Golembiewski of Michigan; one brother, David Warner of Spokane, Wash.; two sisters, Donna Hendricks of Spokane, Wash., and Kathy Wasara of Avon Lake, Ohio; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Cheyenne Warner.
WARNER — There will be no public visitation and funeral services will be private for Richard D.
