Darrell Victor Gamble

Darrell Victor Gamble, 61, of Chicora passed away on Monday at the Chicora Medical Center.

He was born April 15, 1956, in Butler to the late Perry M. Gamble and the late Corrine Webb Gamble.

Darrell was a farmer on the farm of his grandfather Earl Webb in West Sunbury. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and was a fan of the Steelers and the Penguins. Darrell was an avid supporter of farm and dairy. He was Protestant by faith.

Darrell is survived by three sisters, Darcee Gamble of Baden, Marcie Wigand and her husband Dane of Dallas, Texas, and Karen Sheakley and her husband Fred of Butler; one brother, Shawn Gamble and his fiancée, Ashley Jones, of Butler; a number of nieces and nephews; and his best friend, Mary Rodgers of Butler.

GAMBLE — Friends of Darrell Victor Gamble who died Monday, May 15, 2017, will be received 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler. Following the visitation will be the funeral service at 8 p.m. with the chaplain of Chicora Medical Center, Amy Worline, officiating.
