Gonzalo Rubio, 56, of Butler passed away Monday evening in Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born in Pulgar Toledo, Spain, June 12, 1952, he was the son of the late Mariano and Carmen Payo Rubio.

He was a truck driver.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Irvin Rubio; one son, Jese Rubio of Spain; one daughter, Margarita Rubio of Spain; one stepson, Christopher Irvin of Butler; one brother, Mariano Rubio, of Spain; two sisters, Hortensia Elswick, of Evans City and Francisca Rubio of Spain; and one grandchild, Paula Mazano of Spain.
