The Mercer Livestock Auction provided the following report from Tuesday:

Heavy commercial bulls, heavy weight, $79. to $103.; commercial cows, high grades, 62.50 to 74., core sales, 55. to 61.50, and lower grades, 45. to 54.; fed-colored cattle, high choice, 120. to 125., choice, 114. to 119.50, selects, 105. to 113., and top large pen average, 121.55; colored-bred heifers, 1,160 to 1,455 pounds, 93. to 101.; pen average, 94.91.; fed Holsteins, selects, 79. to 84.50; feeder cattle, high grades, 115. to 128., average grades, 110. to 115., lower grades, 80. to 99., and heavy and large frames, 80. to 104.; heifer calves, 185. to 250., and core sales, 75. to 95.; and brood cows, to 95.
