Patrick Pennington, 46, of Connoquenessing Township, passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2022, in the comfort of his home, surrounded by his loving family.

Born Feb. 20, 1976, in Butler, he was the son of Pat Pennington and Cheryl Young Pennington.

Pat graduated from Butler High School, and went on to attend the Pittsburgh Technical Institute, where he earned a degree in computer drafting and engineering.

He loved music and enjoyed playing guitar. He also enjoyed biking, weightlifting and baseball.

Pat was a devoted father and shared a close relationship with his daughter, Annabelle. He will be remembered for his wonderful sense of humor and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 10 years, Candice “Candi” Pease Pennington, whom he married on Oct. 14, 2011; his 14-year old daughter, Annabelle Pennington; and his parents, Pat and Cheryl Pennington.

PENNINGTON — Friends of Patrick Pennington, who died Thursday, June 9, 2022, will be received from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday, June 12, 2022, at BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTER OF CONNOQUENESSING TOWNSHIP, 856 Evans City Road, Renfrew.

A funeral ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the Mausoleum Chapel at Butler County Memorial Park, 380 Evans City Road, Butler, with Pastor Richard Jenks officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in his honor to his daughter, Annabelle Pennington, in care of Citizens Bank.
