PLUM — Plum School Board has reinstated its superintendent after a law firm found administrators looked into reports and rumors that teachers were having sex with students.

The Levin Legal Group says administrators investigated reports of inappropriate contact and found insufficient evidence to fire district superintendent Timothy Glasspool.

Glasspool and Plum High School Principal Ryan Kociela had been placed on administrative leave after a grand jury found institutional failures to properly investigate, document and report allegations of inappropriate relationships.

The board voted 4-3 Tuesday night to reinstate Glasspool effective Monday.
