Several roads in downtown Butler will be closed Friday due to the Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival’s Jeep Invasion.

Butler City Police will begin closing Main, Jefferson, Cunningham and Pearl streets around 2 p.m.

Police will detour traffic heading north and south on Main Street starting at 3:30 p.m., according to Butler City Police Chief Bob O’Neill.

The invasion is scheduled to take place from 6 to 10 p.m. in downtown Butler.
