Saxonburg Bank robbed
SAXONBURG — The Citizens Bank branch was robbed shortly after 3 p.m. today by two men.
State police are looking for a red Toyota Corolla car that the men used to flee the Main Street bank.
A county emergency dispatcher said that a dye bag exploded outside the bank, leading the robbers to toss the money bag from the car.
The car was last seen speeding toward Route 228.
