Slippery Rock Area School District announced its Youth Basketball Camp will take place June 20 to 23. Registration is due Friday.

There are two divisions: one for grades three to six and a second for grades seven to 12. The first division meets in the mornings from 9 to 11:30 a.m.; the second division meets in the afternoons from noon to 3 p.m.

The camp, conducted at the Slippery Rock High School main gym, is coached by boys varsity staff and current players. It consists of drills, skills and two games per day.

All participants receive a basketball and a T-shirt if they register by Friday, June 10.

Cost for the camp is $50 per player ($40 per player for each additional child from the same family).
