Housing and Redevelopment Authority fires its executive director
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the County of Butler fired Perry O’Malley, its executive director, accusing him of using authority resources for personal and private business endeavors that are a conflict of interest of the authority.
The board said O’Malley, who had been on paid administrative leave since Jan. 15, also abused authority travel and leave time, and neglected the duties of his position.
