Lois Elma Blymiller
Lois Elma Blymiller, 82, of Butler passed away Friday at the Meadow Lake Manor.
She was born June 22, 1933, in Weirton, W.Va., to the late Homer Redd and Nellie (Glass) Redd.
Mrs. Blymiller was a graduate of Butler High School. She worked as a secretary for West Penn Power and a teller for Union National Bank.
Mrs. Blymiller had been a member of First United Methodist Church and Christ Community Church. She was a member of the Butler Chapter 45 Order of the Eastern Star. Mrs. Blymiller enjoyed ceramics, camping, playing cards and square dancing.
Mrs. Blymiller is survived by her husband, Otto W. “Bud” Blymiller, who she married on July 3, 1954; one son, Jeffrey G. Blymiller and his wife, Joyce, of Butler; one daughter, Cheryl E. Blymiller and her husband, Rusty Smith, of Omaha, Neb.; one daughter-in-law, Cristina Blymiller of Pittsburgh; four grandchildren, Gregg Blymiller, Brian W. Blymiller and his wife, Rachel, Pamela J. Blymiller and her partner, Luke Katich, and Niklas R. Blymiller; and two great-grandchildren, Blake Blymiller and Isabella Blymiller.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Bruce S. Blymiller; one brother; and also by two sisters.
BLYMILLER — Friends of Lois Elma Blymiller, who died Friday, Feb. 19, 2016, will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler.Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with the Rev.
