SLIPPERYROCK — Tim Hoppe, wildlife diversity biologist, will teach the history of the common nighthawk, a nocturnal bird nicknamed "bullbat," at 7 p.m. Monday at the Jennings Environmental Education Center, 2961 Prospect Road.
The center is on Rt. 528 west of its junction with Rt. 8, five miles south of Slippery Rock.
