The Mars Area Public Library’s summer reading program will begin June 1.

Programs for the summer event, which will conclude Aug. 12, are available for all ages. Planned are Beach Babies and Tidal Wave Tots, LEGO events and a corn hole tournament.

Parents are encouraged to log their children’s reading either by paper log or online. The more children read, the more raffle tickets for prizes they will earn.
