Douglas F. Hockenberry

Douglas F. Hockenberry, 56, of Butler passed away at 5:34 a.m. Saturday at his home.

He was born Dec. 22, 1959, in Grove City to the late Floyd Hockenberry and Janice (Thompson) Hockenberry.

Doug enjoyed watching Steelers football, Penguins hockey and listening to classic rock. He loved being with his family.

Doug is survived by his wife of 15 years, Angela (Crawford) Hockenberry, who he married June 9, 2000; two children, Ashley and Ryan; three brothers, Steve, Greg and Randy Hockenberry; his brother-in-law, Robert W. Crawford; his sister-in-law, Nicole Watterson; two nieces; one nephew; and a number of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

HOCKENBERRY — Friends of Douglas F. Hockenberry, who died Saturday, Jan. 9, 2016, will be received from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler.A memorial service will immediately follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Merry H.
