Nicholas Cypher has arrived for duty at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.Cypher is a command evaluator assigned to the Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Agency and has served in the military for five years.He is the son of Cindy L. Cypher of Butler and graduated from Knoch High School in 2003.
