[naviga:h3]Library hosts Halloween events[/naviga:h3]

SAXONBURG — The South Butler Community Library, 240 W. Main St., will celebrate the Halloween season with these events:

-Gingerbread Halloween will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Wednesday. Participants will make Halloween figures using gingerbread.

-The Knoch High School drama club will visit the library at 6 p.m. Wednesday to narrate and act out spooky children’s Halloween stories.

Hot dogs and cider will be available for purchase.

-George Romero’s “Night of the Living Dead” will be shown at 7 p.m. Thursday. The movie is not appropriate for young children.

[naviga:h3]Craft show will benefit team[/naviga:h3]

Butler Intermediate High School, 551 Fairground Hill Road, will be the site of a craft show from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.

The event will have more than 120 tables. Proceeds will benefit the Butler High School football team.

[naviga:h3]Estate-planning program offered[/naviga:h3]

Concordia Lutheran Ministries will partner with the Butler Public Library to offer a free estate planning presentation at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 12 at the library, 218 N. McKean St.

Scott Koskoski, the chief development officer at Concordia, will be the speaker.
