Audrey A. Donaldson Rhodes Fleeger

Audrey A. Donaldson Rhodes Fleeger, 86, of Jefferson Township, formerly of Curtisville, died Monday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born Aug. 22, 1930, in Butler to the late Elliot and Anna Kristy Donaldson, Audrey was a 1948 graduate of Karns City High School. She was a member of the Cabot United Methodist Church, Cabot. She worked as the cosmetic manager for the Gaylords Store in New Kensington for more than 10 years. She also was an independent Avon representative for more than seven years. She would meet with the Gaylord Girls once a month for lunch. She enjoyed making Christmas wreaths, sewing, camping and especially spending time with her husband and family.

Survivors include her husband of 21 years, Richard O. Fleeger; her son, Jeffrey C. (Leslie) Rhodes of Curtisville; her daughter, Susan K. (Jack) Hollibaugh of York; her stepchildren, Terry L. (Karen) Fleeger of Phoenix, Dana Faulx of Erie, Shayron E. (Bobby Jo) Burton of Nashville, Tenn., and Nancy (Larry) Weber of Herman; 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; her brother, Richard K. (Shirley) Donaldson of Kenosha, Wis.; and her sister, Jane M. (Merle) Hutchinson of Edinboro.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Harry Clifford Rhodes, who died May 17, 1984; and her siblings, Ward, Jay and Leroy “Tag” Donaldson, Shirley Dunn and Alta Hadley.

FLEEGER — Family of Audrey A. Donaldson Rhodes Fleeger, who died, Monday, Jan. 23, 2017, will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the SIWICKI-YANICKO FUNERAL HOME, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer Township, where services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday with the Rev. Jason McQueen and the Rev.
