I haven’t seen your face, your smile, the twinkle of your eyes and most of all the perfect hairdo that nobody could touch, and how I miss that.

You loved the holidays, stuffing and cooking the turkey, getting the basement decorated and shopping and getting all the presents wrapped, those memories will never fade.

You and Dad are together now and that comforts me. A part of you is still here and those are the traditions you made and I carry on with.
