Timothy J. Zmijowski, 51, of Butler died Friday evening at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born on Feb. 1, 1962, in Butler, he was a son of the late Myron and Kaye (Karnes) Zmijowski.

He worked for the Steamfitters Union Local 47 for 30 years, was a member of the American Legion 778 and the Slovak Society, both in Lyndora. Tim enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping.

Surviving are his brothers, Mark (Shelly) Zmijowski of Lufkin, Texas, and Myron Zmijowski of Prospect; three nephews, and two nieces.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Bruce Zmijowski.
