Nancy A. Haney
Nancy A. Haney, 78, of Saxonburg passed away on Tuesday at the Good Samaritan Hospice in Cabot.
Born on April 23, 1936, in Garfield, Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Katherine (Moser) Staub.
She was a graduate of St. Lawrence Catholic High School in Pittsburgh.
She worked at AT&T in the long distance department.
Nancy was also a homemaker.
She was a member of the Holy Sepulcher Roman Catholic Church.
Nancy enjoyed roller-skating, which she did competitively; planting flowers; birdwatching; cooking; shopping; going to flea markets; and spending time with her family.
Surviving are her loving husband, Leonard Haney, who she married on Dec. 29, 1956; her sons, Lenny (Kristen) Haney of Maryland and Jeff Haney of Slippery Rock; her grandchildren, Kendall and Kiley Haney of Maryland, and Lauren, Tyler, Tanner and Spencer Haney of Slippery Rock; and her lifelong friend, Theresa McEnaney of England.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, June Haney, and her brother, Frank Staub.

Main St., Saxonburg.A blessing service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Ward Stakem, OFM Cap., officiating.
