BUFFALO TWP — United Late Model Series points leader Gregg Satterlee demonstrated why he is in that position Friday night at Lernerville Speedway.

Satterlee started the Willie & Conda McConnell Memorial ULMS feature from the eighth spot, got into the top five on Lap 7, then passed race leader Dave Hess on Lap 26 to win the 30-lap feature. Satterlee picked up the $3,500 top prize and guaranteed him a spot in the Big River Steel Firecracker 100 at Lernerville in late June.

Hess finished second in the race while Chub Frank took third.

Dave Murdick started up front and won the Modified feature. Garrett Krummert passed him for the lead on Lap 19, only to be forced out of the race when his car sailed over the cushion on Turn 3, bringing out the red flag. Brian Swartzlander started 13th and finnished second.

Sye Lynch picked up his first Lernerville win of 2022 in the Sprint feature. Curtis Bish claimed the Pro Stock feature.

The BRP Modified Tour comes to Lernerville Friday. It will be joined by the Sprints, Pro Stocks and RUSH Late Models.
