Katherine V. Stewart
Katherine V. Bowser Stewart, 91, formerly of Butler, died Sunday at the Reformed Presbyterian Home in Pittsburgh.
Born Feb. 9, 1925, in Verona, she was a daughter of the late James R. Dunn and Magadelena (Miller) Dunn.
Katherine was a homemaker and was previously a waitress at the Hostess Shop at Butler Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Mount Chestnut Assembly of God and also VFW Post 249 Auxiliary.
Surviving are her son, Paul (Sue) Bowser Jr. of Florida; her daughter, Mary K. Eury of Brighton Heights, Pittsburgh; her stepson, James F. (Carol) Stewart of Butler; her stepdaughters, Carol Sue Stewart of Butler and Sandy (Raymond) Worrell of Butler; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Paul Bowser Sr., who died May 3, 1976, and also Robert F. Stewart; two sons, William Bowser and Robert Bowser; and eight brothers and four sisters.
STEWART — Friends of Katherine V. Bowser Stewart, who died Sunday, May 8, 2016, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E.
