Helen Jones

Helen A. Jones, 58, of Bruin died Thursday at her home after a hard-fought battle with lung cancer.

Born Aug. 7, 1954, in Natrona Heights, she was the daughter of Ralph P. and Sophia T. (Siwkowski) DeSanto.

On Oct. 10, 1972, Helen married Raymond “Jack” Jones and he survives.

Helen was a 1972 graduate of Highlands High School. For the past two years, she delivered the Butler Eagle for the East Brady, Rimersburg and Parker areas.

She was a Roman Catholic.

She loved gambling and casino trips and dearly loved her grandkids and dogs.

Surviving are her husband, Jack Jones of Bruin; two daughters, Roxan Duttine and her companion, Donald “Chip” Ryan, of East Brady and Ronda Jones and her companion, Duane Miller, of Kaylor; two sons, Jason Jones of Bruin and Ray Jones and his companion, Vicki Eiler, of Petrolia; three brothers, Ralph, Anthony and David DeSanto; six grandsons, Ryan and Travis Duttine, Devin Ryan, Dylan Jones, Billy Allenburg and Chevy Miller; and three granddaughters, Hannah Heginbotham, Sisilya Jones and Mariposa Miller.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

JONES — Friends of Helen A. Jones, who died Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, will be received from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday at the Charles B. Buechele Funeral Home, 105 4th St., East Brady, PA 16028.A blessing service will be at 6 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home with the Rev.
